In a video circulating on social media, Dar is seen walking toward the Egyptian leader, but loses his footing and falls. He was immediately assisted by security personnel.Pakistan is holding two days of talks with Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia focused on de-escalating the war with Iran, with early discussions focusing on proposals to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and restore global shipping flows. The waterway, a key route for oil and liquefied natural gas, has seen disruptions after Iran suspended traffic in response to U.S. and Israeli attacks. Notably, neither the United States nor Israel participated in the discussions.Concerned countries have proposed ideas to Washington, including mechanisms to ensure safe sea lanes and possibly even a consortium to manage the flow of oil through the strait.
