U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington granted a protectionist group’s request for a preliminary injunction temporarily halting President Donald Trump’s White House ballroom project.

“I conclude that the National Trust is likely to succeed on substance because no statute comes close to giving the president the power he claims to have,” wrote Leon, who was nominated to the bench by Republican President George W. Bush, according to denver7.com.

“The President of the United States is the steward of the White House for the descendants of the First Family. However, he is not the master!” he added.

Leon reportedly suspended enforcement of his order for 14 days. He acknowledged that the case “raises novel and significant issues and that halting ongoing construction projects “could raise logistical issues.” He also acknowledged that the government may appeal his decision and ruled that any construction work needed to ensure the security of the White House would not be affected by the ban.

The National Trust for Historic Preservation reportedly filed a lawsuit seeking an order halting the ballroom project. The trust hopes the project will undergo multiple independent reviews and gain parliamentary approval.

Trump denounced the lawsuit, saying the ballroom was “completed on budget, ahead of schedule, at no cost to taxpayers, and will be the finest building of its kind in the world.” A Justice Department official later told Scripps News that the Trump administration was appealing the judge’s order.

CGHS hospital deadline: Comply by April 30 or lose staffing

0

NEW DELHI: The Center has given private hospitals a last window to stay in the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) group, extending the deadline for compulsory admission procedures to April 30, 2026, while making it clear that it will not be extended further. An office memorandum issued by CGHS director Dr Satheesh YH on March 28 allowed the hospital to sign a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to complete the process before the new deadline. The postponement came after multiple hospitals cited technical barriers to the newly launched HEM 2.0 portal, which began earlier on March 31. HEM 2.0 is the government’s digital platform designed to simplify provisioning by making transfer applications and approvals online. While the shift was intended to increase transparency, it slowed down submissions. Meanwhile, the government has laid out a hard line: Hospitals that fail to comply by April 30 will be disbanded from May 1, making them ineligible to treat CGHS patients or make claims, and re-entry will require a new application.Access is directly linked to payment—only hospitals in the CGHS group can treat beneficiaries and file claims, making delays or errors in the process directly impacting patient access and hospital cash flow.Once identified, claims are processed within a stipulated timeframe, officials said, noting that resolution often takes up to 90 days, with delays mostly due to inquiries or documentation deficiencies. The official also pointed to the revised CGHS rates in October 2025 and the existing provisions to penalize hospitals for refusing or delaying treatment. However, this official view contrasts sharply with feedback on the ground. Patient groups say delays and access problems persist, reflecting deeper systemic disparities. “CGHS beneficiaries today are trapped in a system characterized by delays, uneven access and weak accountability,” said TK Damodaran, secretary-general of the Indian CGHS Beneficiaries Welfare Association. He noted that complaints often remain unresolved and disparities in care persist.Meanwhile, hospitals also cited financial pressures. Dr Aashish Chaudhry, managing director, Aakash Healthcare, said: “Delays in CGHS payments often exceed three to six months, which puts huge pressure on the cash flow of hospitals, especially for smaller institutions.” He added that while care remains uninterrupted, current reimbursement rates do not fully reflect rising costs, so timely payments and realistic adjustments are critical for sustainability. The order acknowledged that issues related to the portal contributed to the missed deadline, but made clear that this was the final extension. For the hundreds of thousands of CGHS beneficiaries who depend on private hospitals, any large-scale disinvestment could directly disrupt access to cashless treatment in cities.

A 3,000-Year-Old Weapon Found in New Mexico, But It Looks Like Future Technology

The discovery of an ancestral Pueblo burial chamber dating to the eighth century in the barren sandstone passages of a New Mexico canyon has thrown archaeologists completely out of their traditional timeline. According to the National Park Service, the site is sealed in a solid non-Earth isotope complex containing yucca fibers, traditional artifacts, and anomalous technological artifacts made of stable metallic hydrogen and other isotopes that scientific predictions predict will not exist for at least 3,000 years. Although the NSA has placed a total lockdown on the site with a “Zone Zero” security level, the archaeological site has transformed from its original purpose of heritage excavation into an active battlefield for temporary conflicts. These findings suggest that the high desert region was not only home to these ancient peoples, but was also used as a strategic blind spot for these armies in conflicts that transcended time.

Ancient Pueblo temple hides a sealed chamber made of unusual materials

Discovery documents indicate that the temple dates to the period of Pueblo I (750-900 AD). According to Pueblo research, this point in time is significant to the Pueblo Ancestors (formerly known as the Anasazi) because it represents a major change in architecture from pit houses to above-ground stone buildings. According to the researchers, while the exterior of the chamber resembles the sandstone architecture typical of the Pueblo culture, the interior seal is composed of a vitrified synthetic polymer that shows no signs of erosion after 1,200 years of contact with the atmosphere. This clearly shows that the architecture of the site suggests a deliberate obfuscation of this chamber and the advanced technology it contained to prevent contemporary tribes from discovering it and to protect something beyond their ability to understand.

How ancient weapons challenge modern science

The core of the device is said to be made of stable metallic hydrogen, an extremely rare form of matter that acts as a room-temperature superconductor. According to research, currently, in the 21st century, highly compressed metallic hydrogen can only be produced at pressures exceeding 400 gigapascals, making its presence in an 8th-century tomb physically impossible. The fact that this metallic hydrogen can remain stable at standard atmospheric pressure means that the ancient Puebloans had achieved a level of understanding and control of quantum chemistry that cannot be replicated in modern laboratory settings. This demonstrates that the weapon possesses a compact, high-density energy source capable of producing high-density kiloelectronvolt (keV) yields without producing the heat signature typically associated with combustion or nuclear fission.

Causal loop discovered in New Mexico

The existence of an ancient object that predates its creation by 3,000 years has given rise to the hypothesis of “causal loops” and “closed time-like curves” (CTCs), according to research in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy. General relativity allows for the possibility of objects traveling through time if space/time is sufficiently warped. The “time war” mentioned in this discovery suggests that future groups were using these ancient canyons as “dead spots” to alter the timing sequence. Therefore, these groups’ use of advanced technology in the 8th century may have been an attempt to achieve a technological leap or prevent future events from occurring entirely.

Nancy Guthrie case: Ex-FBI asks family and sheriff after ‘no assault’ in family report; ‘What did Camron see?’

However, a NewsNation report now quotes an insider with ties to law enforcement saying there were no signs of an “assault” inside the home. The source further said that some of the rooms looked flawless and nothing was out of place. Police found blood on Guthrie’s front porch, and the timeline of events led them to believe she had been taken from the home. Now, this new report adds another dimension to the case.

Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer shares her professional insights and explain on

In light of the new revelations, she added, “the evacuation was much quicker than initially thought.” The former FBI agent then asked Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos and members of the Guthrie family a series of pointed questions, particularly “Today” host Savannah and Annie’s brother, Camron Guthrie.

Former FBI agent questions Nancy Guthrie case

Coffindafer asked three questions after NewsNation reported there were no signs of an assault inside the home.

“What did Chief Nanos see at the beginning of the investigation that led him to assign a homicide detective to the case? Was it just blood on the porch and the back door open? Were there signs of forced entry?” the former FBI director asked. Notably, Savannah has said that Anne and her husband, Tommaso Cioni, found the back door open when they went to check on Guthrie.

The octogenarian reportedly had dinner with Anne the night before before Sione dropped her off home. Coffendaver is trying to understand what evidence or circumstances at the crime scene prompted the appointment of a homicide detective. Notably, according to the latest update, authorities continue to search for Guthrie and assume she is still alive. Homicide detectives often come into play when there is a known death in the case.

Coffendaver’s second question to the Guthrie family was directed to Camron, a former soldier. “What did Karen see that made him immediately know it was a kidnapping?” she asked. Savannah shared that she My brother knew “immediately” This was a kidnapping and a ransom was likely involved. The former FBI agent sought to see if the military-trained man had any obvious visual clues that might shed light on what happened the night Guthrie is believed to have been taken away.

Her last question was about Nanos’ apparent hesitancy among reporters in the past, as Nanos, whose department is leading the case and who has been criticized for the idiosyncratic way he handled the matter, said:

“Nancy’s house is perfect in many rooms, but is there anything out of place? Look at Sheriff Nanos’ 2/2 button. Nanos almost said something important and then took it back,” Coffendaver asked.

It has been more than a month since Guthrie disappeared. There are no suspects in the case and she has not yet been found.
