Charlie Kirk homicide case includes DNA evidence, video and witness statements
Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was killed while speaking outdoors at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Authorities said he was shot from a rooftop and the death was ruled a homicide.
Robinson, who was 22 at the time and is now 23, later turned himself in. He faces an aggravated murder charge and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
During the ongoing hearing, prosecutors also pointed to surveillance video that allegedly showed Robinson on campus multiple times that day.
