‘Never so close’: Reza Pahlavi’s daughter, exiled Princess Noor, says US troops deployed near Iran give her hope

Noor Pahlavi, an exiled Iranian princess living in Los Angeles, said Iran has never been closer to regime change and the regime has never been so weak. In an interview with the California Post, Noor said the U.S. military mobilization in the region gave her hope. “This is literally a government waging war on its own citizens. It’s very painful to see and hear. It’s very difficult for people here to see and hear. But we have a responsibility not to turn a blind eye.”“It has never been this close and the regime has never been so weak,” she said. “The need for regime change cannot be overstated. Reformists are not going to do it. And, you know, they are [the Iranian people] Very clear. They desire specific things. We need to listen to them. ““When the president told people that help was coming and that they should keep taking to the streets, people really listened. They named streets after him. They held signs with the president’s face on them. They begged him to come in and help them because they were fighting this government with nothing.”“Seeing the number of U.S. troops deployed to the area gives me hope. Many Iranians inside are looking to the sky. They are just waiting, praying and trying to survive until help arrives.”

Who is Noor Pahlavi??

Noor Pahlavi is an Iranian-American royal, the eldest daughter of the exiled Crown Prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, and the granddaughter of the last king of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. She was born in exile in the United States. Two U.S. officials confirmed to Reuters that U.S. military plans for a possible attack on Iran are in advanced stages. Targeting individuals as part of attacks and promoting regime change would also be on the agenda if President Donald Trump ordered it.
