A row broke out after Rahul Gandhi tried to quote former Army Chief Naravane’s “unpublished memoirs” while moving a motion of thanks in the Lok Sabha on the President’s address.The Congress leader quoted from the memoir in reference to the 2020 military standoff between China and India in eastern Ladakh, a move that was strongly opposed by members of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
