Nancy Guthrie Case Update: It’s been more than three months since the “Today Show” host Savannah Guthrie’s The 84-year-old mother, Nancy, was abducted from her home in Tucson, Arizona. This week, the pair made a major statement — not in an interview or press conference, but by posting a sign outside their home.

A “No Trespassing” sign was erected on their front lawn, warning violators would be prosecuted, local media reported. The move follows growing community concern, including activity from YouTube users and continued public attention to the case.
It’s unclear when the sign was posted, but it appeared shortly after complaints were made at a homeowners association meeting that the YouTuber allegedly “harassed residents.”

New DNA evidence
In the meantime, investigators are continuing to analyze potential evidence related to the case. Sources told ABC News that the FBI recently received DNA recovered from Nancy’s Tucson home several months ago and is currently conducting further testing using advanced technology.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed it is coordinating efforts with federal authorities.
“PCSD has been cooperating with the FBI since the beginning of the Guthrie investigation. This information is not new. The private labs we use in Florida continue to share information with the FBI lab and other partner labs across the country. DNA analysis remains ongoing.”
Officials hope the test will help identify those responsible for the Feb. 1 abduction.

Savannah Guthrie reacted calmly.
Meanwhile, Savannah Guthrie has remained largely private as the investigation unfolds, but she recently expressed support for the family on social media. After co-host Hoda Kotb shared a birthday wish for her mother – “Happy Birthday Mom” - Savannah liked the post, getting fans’ attention.
Fans also left messages of support in the comments, with one writing: “Happy birthday to your mom! Wishing her many more years of love, peace, health and happiness!”

The warning signs that appeared outside Anne’s home raised questions online, with some pointing out that most of the media activity was focused around Nancy’s own home, which is about 10 miles away.
“I didn’t even see or hear anyone go to Annie & Tomasso’s property. Why is there this sign? So weird,” one person commented.
Another added: “No one has ever trespassed on their property.”
Law enforcement had implemented similar restrictions around Nancy’s residence early in the investigation.
