But no one outside of our investigation has read the case file,” Parker said. “We haven’t seen the forensic reports, communications records or all of the evidence that investigators are working on a day-to-day basis. The FBI and Pima County did not strategize around outside theories from cable news. They were operating based on facts that the rest of us simply didn’t have access to.”
