In February, the FBI released doorbell footage obtained from Nancy’s home in Tucson, Arizona, along with still images of a masked armed man seen on her front porch.

The man was wearing gloves, a backpack and a holster, blocking the camera. Investigators collected DNA from the gloves and forwarded it for analysis; however, no matches were found in the FBI’s Combined DNA Index System (CODIS). this pima county The department, working with the FBI on Nancy’s case, revealed its intention to use investigative genetic genealogy to analyze DNA evidence. There is no update yet on whether this method has yielded any leads.

Nancy Guthrie update: Ex-FBI agent launches attack on law enforcement

Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer took to X (formerly Twitter) to express her concerns about the investigation and noted the lack of information about the case. Coffindaffer has been keeping a close eye on developments and sharing updates on her X account.

In her latest post on Thursday, June 18, she said “[Law Enforcement] and FBI It makes no sense. “

“Where is the enhanced photo of the porch guy. It exists. Why not share it with the public to ask for their help?” Coffin asked. “Billboard: Why is Nancy’s face on it? If you need more help from the public, put Porch Guy’s face on it and add Spanish. Or do you know who Porch Guy is?”

Experts further mentioned that if there is any uncertainty, they should seek help from the public.

Nancy Guthrie Update: Ex-FBI Agent Makes 3 Requests

In her message, Coffindaffer also made inquiries about vehicles located nearby. Nancy’s She expressed concern about why no information about traffic or Ring/Nest camera recordings has been released four months later. She further noted that no searches had been conducted since the next day and that there had been no communication with Mexican authorities from the beginning.

She ended the message with three urgent requests: “Post enhanced photos. Replace billboards. Start searching the desert.”

Coffindaffer’s social media updates dovetail with reports from Mexico-based volunteer search group Buscando Corazones, which recently revealed they received an anonymous tip suggesting Nancy might be buried in a stream in the Mariposa area, Mexico.

Previous searches by the group yielded no results. However, they are committed to continuing their efforts and exploring new locations in the region.

Meanwhile, a Pima County official said the investigation remains active and they will continue to seek any credible information.
