Members of the Guthrie family are closely linked to the 84-year-old’s disappearance. Tommaso Cioni, in particular, became a tabloid target after a NewsNation reporter named him as a potential suspect. However, the Pima County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the family’s innocence in the case, noting that they have been fully cooperative.
