Minister Dhami urges Uttarakhand citizens to reduce gold, fuel and travel abroad after PM Modi proposes work-from-home advice
chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Said that while maintaining the supremacy of national interests, conserving energy resources is the collective responsibility of all citizens. He said that Prime Minister Modi’s appeal to people across the country is not only for economic savings, but also an important step towards building a self-reliant and empowered India.The chief minister said that if all citizens understand their responsibilities and make small commitments like avoiding unnecessary travel abroad, prioritizing buying local products, using public transport to reduce petrol and diesel consumption, saving energy, not buying gold ornaments for a year, using natural fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers in agriculture and consuming edible oils wisely, it will make a significant contribution to the country’s economy.
The Chief Minister added that the people of Debhoomi have always been at the forefront in serving the interests of the country. He stated that Vocal for Local and Atmanibal Bharat Success can only be achieved if every citizen contributes at his or her own level. He expressed confidence that the people of the state would transform the Prime Minister’s appeal into a mass movement. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is rapidly moving towards self-reliance and this determination will be strengthened with the participation of every citizen.
