Today is Melania Trump’s birthday. However, there were no posts from the White House, President Donald Trump or the First Lady herself to celebrate the momentous day. That’s because of the shooting that took place Saturday night at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner at the Washington Hilton. Cole Thomas Allen California has been identified as a suspect. He has been detained.

However, another topic came up on Sunday when Jimmy Kimmel’s previous comments about Melania calling her a “widow-to-be” surfaced. The late-night host has drawn backlash for using his annual hilarious monologue to repeatedly attack President Trump and the first lady — including jokes about their marriage and Melania’s role.
On Thursday’s edition of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Kimmel delivered a satirical version of the highly anticipated White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
“Widow to be”
One of his sharpest lines was a jab aimed directly at the first lady.
“Our First Lady Melania is here. Look at Melania, how beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you are radiant like a soon-to-be widow.”
Kimmel also mocked what he described as the emotional distance between the president and the first lady, joking: “Oh, by the way, Melania, this is Donald. Donald, this is Melania.”
Melania’s birthday
As Melania’s April 26th birthday approaches, Kimmel continues to once again attack her marriage to Trump. “She planned to celebrate at home like she always did, looking out the window and whispering, ‘What have I done?'”
The parody airs days ahead of Saturday night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner at the Washington Hilton.

A Secret Service officer was struck in the bulletproof vest, agents returned fire and Allen was taken into custody, officials said. President Trump, Melania Trump, Vice President Vance and other senior administration officials quickly evacuated the ballroom.
“This is Jimmy Kimmel, who lied about MAGA being Charlie’s murderer. He doesn’t care how many people die, just that his side doesn’t get blamed,” one user wrote on the X (formerly Twitter) platform.
Another added: “I would love to see Barron take the stage and knock the stupid shit out of Jimmy Kimmel’s mouth.”
