Kolkata: national industry association A key accused in the Bangar bomb blast in Bangladesh in March, which killed one person and seriously injured three others, was arrested on Sunday. The explosion occurred in Dakshin Bamunia village in Bhangar district. The accused, identified as Ahidul Islam Molla from South 24 Parganas, was produced before the court on Monday and was sent to the custody of the National Intelligence Agency. Another defendant was arrested earlier by state police. Molla’s arrest comes amid the federal home ministry’s decision on Saturday to hand over the bomb recovery probe from Bangal to the National Intelligence Agency.
