first witness: An eyewitness recounted a disturbing late-night incident in September 2024, the Daily Mail reported. As stated in the document, they were awakened in the former JPMorgan Chase banker’s apartment by a woman who was “visibly drunk and talking loudly.”
The witness claimed that the accuser later identified the woman as Hajdini. “Shortly after, I was woken up by Ms. Hajdini, who was completely naked,” the witness claimed.
“Ms Alhajdini sat on the sofa and lit a cigarette. She then asked me to go with her to the bedroom to ‘join them’,” they added. “I told her no. She said, ‘Come on, come on’. I told her no again.”
The witness then revealed disturbing comments allegedly made by Al-Hajdini. “You know, I have [him]so you better come,” she allegedly told the witness, who again rejected her offer.
Witnesses said Hajdini returned to the bedroom where they heard the former banker “loudly pleading” with her to “stop and leave.”
“Everything became quiet. Then, after a while, [Ms Hajdini] came out of the bedroom and left the apartment,” the witness said.

Al-Hajdini strongly refuted any allegations of wrongdoing in a statement issued by his legal representatives.
“She never engaged in any inappropriate behavior with this individual and never even visited the location where the sexual assault allegedly occurred,” her attorney said.
