Laura Loomer: ‘No Muslims from office’: Laura Loomer calls Zoran Mamdani a ‘national security risk’
US far-right activist and Donald Trump loyalist Laura Loomer launched a scathing attack on the New York City mayor on Wednesday Zoran Mamdani after he called the Israeli Prime Minister. Benjamin Netanyahu Called a “war criminal” and said he was “unwelcome in New York City.”Loomer, who is Jewish, has called for Muslims to be banned from holding public office in the United States and urged President Donald Trump to reinstate the “Muslim ban.”“Ban Muslims from holding public office in the United States,” Loomer said.She also made a direct appeal to MAGA’s top leaders, writing: “Unless President Trump re-implements his Muslim ban, we will never make America safe again. This time, make it the reason the Muslim ban was intended.” Not an Islamic travel ban. “Loomer accused Mamdani on “X” of being sympathetic to Iran and Hamas and claimed without providing evidence that he posed a national security risk. “When you allow Muslims to participate in the American political system, you get a dozen Shiite Iranian regime sympathizers and Hamas supporters like Mamdani who runs America’s largest city. It’s not going to end well.”She further claimed that Mamdani will never receive an FBI security clearance, saying, “I am pleased that the Trump Administration has confirmed to me that Mamdani will never receive an FBI security clearance.” Quoting an unnamed source, Loomer wrote: “My senior FBI source told me that ‘senior FBI leadership has reason to believe that Mamdani may be communicating directly with an Islamic terrorist organization. He undoubtedly poses a threat to national security, which is why we are denying him an FBI-approved security clearance.” He won’t get one. ‘”Loomer added, “I pushed very hard for this to happen even before Mamdani was elected,” further claiming, “Shockingly, my FBI sources confirmed to me that they allegedly had reason to believe Mamdani was communicating directly with terrorist groups.”This comes after Mamdani stepped up his criticism of Netanyahu in a video posted onMamdani called Netanyahu a “war criminal” and accused him of committing atrocities during Israel’s military operation in Gaza.“He is a war criminal and the architect of a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people,” Mamdani said.He further claimed that Netanyahu “mutilated tens of thousands of children, with surviving children undergoing amputation without anesthesia. He targeted neonatal hospitals and maternity care centers to deny newborns even a chance to survive. He prevented food and humanitarian aid from reaching them, resulting in countless people going hungry.”Referring to the ICC arrest warrant, Mamdani said: “The ICC issued an arrest warrant for him for a reason. As I said, I agree with the ICC that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes, just as I would with anyone else charged by the ICC.”
