Laura Loomer claims Candace Owens’ Charlie Kirk conspiracy theory ‘exposed’ in court, calls for legal action
Laura Loomer escalated her public feud with Candace Owens on July 9 following a court hearing related to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Loomer claimed in two separate X posts that Owens’ arguments regarding Kirk’s death had been disproven and urged legal action against her. Hours later, she went a step further, saying Owens should be deposed and not allowed to make money from content about the case. The latest exchange is part of a months-long feud between the two conservative commentators that has become increasingly personal since Kirk’s death and divided their supporters online.

The full text of Loomer’s first post reads: “Every one of Candace Owens’ lies was exposed today. Sue her!” The message referred to testimony given at a recent hearing Charlie Kirk case.
Loomer and several supporters argued that evidence discussed in court contradicted Owens’ repeated claims about the shooting, including questions about bullet paths, wounds and other details about Kirk’s death.
The post attracted hundreds of responses from supporters and critics alike. Pastor A. Jackson wrote, “I hope TPUSA lawyers have sorted out all of Candace Owens’ stupid podcasts.” Sherry Cummings said, “I really hope Erika sues @RealCandaceO for every penny she has.”
Critics also pushed back. Turtle responded, “Sue Candace raised the issue,” while ItsDailyCSC told Loomer, “We stand with Candace.” The exchange showed that there remains a deep divide between the two women’s supporters.

Later in the day, Loomer cited Owens’ post, which read, “Trust the science!” and included video clips related to the case.
