Kash Patel’s girlfriend Alexis Wilkins suffers major legal blow: All on defamation case against Sam Parker
FBI Director Kash Patel’s girlfriend has lost a defamation lawsuit against a right-wing influencer who implied she was an undercover Israeli “honey-pot.”
Alexis Wilkins27, filed a lawsuit against former Republican Senate candidate Sam Parker last autumn, alleging that he defamed her through a series of posts on X that garnered over 1.6 million views—a thread that Parker has not removed.
Alexis Wilkins’ lawsuit against Sam Parker
Wilkins was brought up in Arkansas and now lives in Nashville, Tennessee, where she works as a country singer. She has accused Parker, who is located in Utah, of defaming her by stating that she is a foreign agent designated to manipulate and compromise the FBI director. She is requesting $5 million in damages.
Here’s what federal judge said
This week, a federal judge issued a ruling in favor of Parker, concluding that the case, which was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Utah, did not fall under the appropriate jurisdiction, as per Daily Beast. The decision went largely unnoticed, as neither Parker nor Wilkinson commented on it via social media. However, Court Watch was the first to report on the ruling on Friday.
Alexis Wilkins filed more than one lawsuit
Wilkins, who has been in a relationship with Patel since 2023, has initiated more than one defamation lawsuit. She has also pursued defamation claims against former FBI agent and conservative podcaster Kyle Seraphin, as well as conservative influencer Elijah Schafferfor making comparable allegations regarding her status as a foreign agent. In addition, she has filed a lawsuit against MS NOW.
Her legal action against MS NOW—initiated by a report claiming that she asked her FBI security detail to transport her friends after a night out in Nashville—may face a comparable jurisdictional defense that previously obstructed her case in Utah.
Wilkins vs MS NOW
Wilkins contends that the MS NOW report was intentionally or carelessly false and is seeking at least $75,000 in damages. The lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Meanwhile, MS NOW’s legal team has filed a motion to either dismiss the case or transfer it, citing a lack of personal jurisdiction in Tennessee.
Carol Leonnig and Ken Dilanian, journalists for MS NOW and also named in the lawsuit, cited confidential sources who claimed that Wilkins had asked her FBI security detail to drive her friend home “after a night of partying” on more than one occasion.
In response, Wilkins’ attorneys argued that she did not possess a security detail at the time the report was made and asserted that she does not consume alcohol, thereby rendering the report false.
