Joe Biden cancer latest: Jill Biden says former president ‘slowed down’ and ‘hard to be caregiver’

In conversation with Anna, political commentator and “View” co-host Navarro In her new book, “Viewed from the East Wing: A Memoir,” Biden explained that while her husband was still in office and had a team of medical professionals, she noted that he was getting up seven times a night to go to the bathroom and she thought someone would fix the problem, the New York Post reported.

However, she mentioned that when they left White House By 2025, his problems continued and she insisted he needed to consult a urologist. During his initial visit, doctors said “there’s something in there,” leading the former president to undergo a CAT scan.

“I never thought it would be prostate cancer. I just never imagined it,” she said.

She also noted that he underwent radiation therapy, which required frequent trips from their home in Delaware to Philadelphia over a five-week period.

“You know, it takes a toll,” she said, noting that her husband was in South Dakota for a Democratic event Friday night, attended a friend’s wedding on Saturday and will be in Philadelphia on Sunday. “He kept to his schedule, but he slowed down,” she said.

She stressed he was receiving appropriate medication and said she was in communication with doctors. “I’m the one making the appointments. I’m the one making sure he’s eating well.”
