What did you see in the speech?
During the speech, Trump’s right hand appeared to change color, with observers saying parts of the area were covered in heavy makeup. Screenshots shared online show uneven skin tone around the knuckles.
New health concerns surrounding Donald Trump surfaced this week after viewers noticed what appeared to be makeup on his face. There is a bruise on his right handd in his State of the Union address.
Close-up images of the televised address were widely shared online, with some social media users questioning whether the 79-year-old president was trying to hide the change in skin color.
The new attention comes just a year after similar bruises first came to public attention.
According to the “Daily Beast” report, Trump once again covered his injured right hand with makeup during the speech, saying that this was the first official State of the Union address in his second term. The outlet noted that the president had previously said that applying makeup to the bruises took “about 10 seconds.”

Trump had earlier told the Wall Street Journal in January: “They say aspirin helps thin the blood, and I don’t want thick blood flowing through my heart. Does that make sense?”
White House remarks
The White House has repeatedly blamed the bruises on General factors.
Press secretary Carolyn Leavitt told The Daily Beast in a statement: “President Trump is a people’s man who meets and shakes hands with more Americans every day than any other president in history. His commitment is unwavering and he proves it every day.”
Officials also cited Trump’s above-normal performance aspirin dosage as a contributing factor.
Medical experts note that aspirin, commonly used as a blood thinner, can make bruises more noticeable.

health hype
Last July, the White House revealed that Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a condition that makes it harder for blood to flow back from the lower extremities to the heart and can cause swelling and discoloration.
The Daily Beast also noted that Trump sometimes experiences swelling in his ankles.
Despite official assurances that there were no serious health problems, the bruises that appeared during a nationally televised address reignited speculation. The government has yet to announce any new medical updates following the speech.
