Is Princess Lilibet a fan of Beyoncé? Meghan Markle shares new photos of family as ‘spring turns into summer’
Princess Lilibet put it on beyonce On Tuesday, June 9, her mother, Meghan Markle, shared a T-shirt featuring a new family photo.
LilibetShe recently celebrated her fifth birthday wearing a white T-shirt that read “B is for Beyoncé” alongside an illustration of her 35th birthday Grammy Winner. “Spring is coming to summer 🌼,” Meghan, 44, wrote on the Instagram post.
The post also featured several nature photos, including one of Prince Harry playing with his son. Prince Archieusing an oversized football, and a photo of a basket filled with a variety of fruits and vegetables, next to Meghan’s As Ever jam.
Another image read “One of a kind” with a note, while the carousel ended with a black-and-white throwback photo of Meghan and the Duke of Sussex, 41, from 2017.
Are Princess Lilibet’s parents fans of Beyoncé?
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have long been admirers of Beyoncé. In May 2025, the couple posted photos of the musician on tour with Cowboy Carter at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
“About last night…thank you @beyonce and team for a great concert (and a super fun date night)! All the love,” Meghan wrote in the caption of the post, which showed a heartwarming moment of her and Prince Harry enjoying the show together.
Beyoncé also met the Duke and Duchess of Sussex during the 2019 premiere of The Lion King, where she voiced the character Nora.
Lilibet’s fifth birthday celebration
Lilibet “Lily” Diana is Meghan and Prince Harry’s youngest child and only daughter, born in June 2021. She was named in honor of two of Britain’s most famous royals: Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, who tragically died in a car accident in 1997, and Queen Elizabeth II, Harry’s grandmother, who died in 2022.
To celebrate Lilibet’s fifth birthday, Duchess Meghan posted two never-before-seen family photos on social media in honor of her daughter.
In the first photo, the Duchess and Prince Harry are all smiles as they embrace their daughter, whose face is not visible in the photo. Harry held the young princess in his arms while Meghan, dressed entirely in khakis, put her arm lovingly around his shoulders.
In the second photo, the princess, seventh in line to the British throne, stands barefoot on grass, surrounded by trees and plants. She was admiring a flower, her strawberry blond hair falling around her shoulders.
“Our dream girl,” Meghan said in the Instagram post, along with a white heart emoji. “Lily, happy fifth birthday.”
