On Monday, a fourth letter reportedly demanded Bitcoin in exchange for information about the kidnapping of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie. Savannah GuthrieNBC Today show host.

Another anonymous email asked for information about Nancy Guthrie in Bitcoin, claiming she had been spotted “south of the border” five days earlier. (Reuters)

According to TMZ, the message was sent to the news outlet’s inbox using the same Bitcoin wallet address referenced in previous communications. The email again demanded payment in exchange for revealing the identity of Nancy’s alleged abductor.

What is the content of the ransom email?

TMZ published the contents of the email they received from the same Bitcoin account as the other 3 notes. “I know what I saw south of the border five days ago and I was told to shut up so I knew who it was and it was definitely Nancy with them,” the ransom email read.

The sender of the email said he had a burglary conviction 10 years ago and did not want to disclose information that might implicate him.

The email also states that the ransom demand is the same as before, $50,000 in Bitcoin in exchange for information.

Savannah Guthrie and her siblings made multiple emotional public requests for information, urging those responsible or anyone with relevant knowledge to come forward.

Savannah posted another video on February 16, sending a direct message to those responsible for Nancy’s disappearance: “It’s never too late to do the right thing.”
