However, HT.com can confirm that this claim is false. Despite calls from Republican lawmakers for an investigation into the halftime performance, so far no investigation has been launched. The FCC also did not announce any fines for “Bad Bunny,” which has more than 160 million views.

The post was shared by influencer and entrepreneur Colin Wayne on his Facebook account. The post went viral among Wayne’s more than 1 million followers and quickly went viral on social media.

The post also included a quote from an “FCC Commissioner” who was mistakenly identified as “Joseph Barron.” Federal Communications Commission The Chairman is Brendan Carr.

“‘It doesn’t matter if you hide your profanity in another language,'” said FCC Commissioner Joseph Barron. “This remains illegal,” the citation reads.

“You can’t say bad words on live television,” Fine said on the X show. “If he uttered these lyrics, along with all the other disgusting and pornographic English language slurs, on live television, the broadcast would be canceled and the fine would be substantial.”

Ogles, meanwhile, called the show “pure pornography, blatantly broadcast on national television for every American household to witness.” He called for an investigation because “children were forced to endure” what he called a “sexual dance”.

“If that wasn’t outrageous enough, the performance’s lyrics openly glorified sodomy and countless other unspeakable depravities,” he wrote. “It is illegal to display these blatant, indecent behaviors on a public airline.”
