“He asked me to come near Gate 10 of the stadium and said the tickets would be delivered within a few minutes and even sent a confirmation email to gain my trust,” the complainant told Deccan Herald. “Initially, I agreed to buy two tickets at Rs 3,700 each, but he kept asking for more money on various pretexts, such as a refundable deposit, additional identity cards and food coupons.
