IndiGo further stated that all necessary operational, scheduling and monitoring arrangements are in place to ensure full compliance with the approved FDTL plan from February 11, 2026,” DGCA said in a statement on Wednesday.Sharing the “latest status”, the regulator said the one-time exemption was granted to IndiGo on December 5, 2025 “in view of the large-scale flight disruption faced by the airline in early December 2025… to stabilize flight operations and safeguard the safety and interests of passengers”.
