Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy said a service building at one of the country’s electricity and water distillation plants was damaged in the attack, the state-run Kuwait News Agency reported. Officials called it a “brutal attack.” The factory where the attack occurred has not yet been identified.
Ministry spokesperson Fatima Jakhar Hayat said the strike resulted in the death of an Indian worker, Gulf News reported.
