The alleged assault KJ Biermann is accused of took place on April 23 at a gym in Alpharetta, Georgia, Page Six reported, citing Fulton County Juvenile Court papers. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had been married for nearly 12 years. Four of her children are with Kroy Biermann – three sons and a daughter. She has two more children, a daughter from her marriage to Daniel Toce and another daughter from a previous relationship with John MacDougald.

She was married to Daniel Toce from May 5, 2001 to February 11, 2023. The two had a daughter born in 2001, Kim’s second, named Ariana Biermann. Ariana is a relatively well-known Georgia-based fashion designer.

What Are The Allegations Against KJ Biermann?
Kroy Biermann was arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. According to the court documents cited by Page Six, KJ allegedly forced himself on the victim without her consent. He also allegedly attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.” He is also accused of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her.
The victim, 15 at the time of the assault, has been described as KJ’s girlfriend’s “best friend.” However, when the victim was examined on April 24, the next day, no DNA evidence was found. The probe started in May, followed by KJ’s arrest.
