Clinton’s lawyers argued in testimony that the release of the former secretary of state’s photo violated established rules.

“If you do this, I’m sick of it. I’m sick of it. From now on, you can hold me in contempt until the cows come home. This is just typical behavior,” an angry Clinton said, prompting an adjournment of her testimony before the House Oversight Committee.

At one point, she was seen slamming the table in anger.

After the breach was raised, a man across the table from Clinton admitted to posting a photo and said, “I’m going to take it down.”

‘I don’t recall ever meeting Mr. Epstein’

On February 26, Clinton told a congressional committee that she did not remember meeting Epstein. She added that she had no information to share about his criminal activity.

“I have no recollection of ever meeting Mr. Epstein. I have never flown on his plane or visited his island, home or offices,” Clinton said in a statement released via video Monday, March 2, before the House Oversight Committee.

Clinton claimed in closed-door testimony in Chappaqua, New York, that the committee “held zero public hearings” on the matter and made “little effort to call the most prominent people in the Epstein dossier.”

Clinton and her husband, former U.S. President bill clintonInitially refused to testify before the committee. However, when lawmakers thought they were in contempt of Congress, they agreed.

Bill testified before the committee on Friday, February 27.
