According to court documents cited by PeopleKJ was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Monday, August 17, on suspicion of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
As per reports, The allegations relate to an incident that reportedly happened in April at a fitness center in Alpharetta. Court documents say a female classmate told police that KJ assaulted her inside a co-ed sauna at a Life Time fitness center on April 23.
According to the court filings cited by Marca, she alleged that KJ tried several times to have sexual intercourse with her despite her objections. She also accused him of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her.
The girl reportedly left the area and contacted her family the next day after suffering a panic attack. She was later examined at North Fulton Hospital in Georgia.
According to the police report, medical testing conducted after the alleged incident did not find male DNA in the victim’s mouth or vagina.
The investigation is still ongoing.

As per USA Todaythe victim said she was at the gym cafe after a workout when she saw Biermann and called out to him. He then asked her to join him in the co-ed sauna, accessible through the family locker room.
Once inside the locker room, she alleged Biermann “grabbed her by the waist and started kissing her neck and grabbing her butt,” then touched her genitals over her clothes “so hard that it hurt.” She said she told him no “multiple times,” and he allegedly replied “something to the effect that she was lucky he wasn’t making her do it,” before orally sodomizing her, the report said. She also alleged he digitally penetrated her and “tried multiple times to have sexual intercourse.”
Surveillance footage showed Biermann entering the locker room with the girl, even though he hadn’t scanned into the gym that day. The two were inside for about 30 minutes before footage showed him heading to the sauna alone as she left for the lobby.

Kim Zolciak breaks silence on son’s arrest
In a statement shared with US WeeklyZolciak called the allegations “nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling.”
“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” she said. “My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”
“False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence,” she continued. “At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”
“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations,” Zolciak concluded.
The 15-year-old is one of the estranged couple’s four children together: Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, as per People. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Ariana, 24, and Brielle, 29, from a previous relationship.
