In explicit posts, Afshar called the United States the “Great Satan” and said she favored attacks on U.S. soldiers deployed in the Middle East. State Council.

In an Instagram story obtained by The Washington Post and translated from the original Farsi text, “It’s so satisfying to get war reparations from the scum who betrayed your country 😂…Now, go chase your money and assets.”

Earlier in the day, she spread wartime assertions about Iran’s resilience in the face of Iran. U.S. military power.

According to the New York Post, Afshar said: “U.S. officials told the New York Times that Iran’s response was more effective than the Trump administration expected and demonstrated greater military capabilities.”

She also endorsed the rising threats from: Tehran Targeting Iranians living abroad, they included alerts about asset seizures and even executions.

“How dare they make such a claim? … Of course, by ‘immigrants’ they mean those who have the blood of their people on their hands. They mean traitors,” she said.

In promotional posts, Afshar posted photos showcasing her lavish lifestyle in Los Angeles, as well as photos of herself wearing couture outfits that are illegal in the Islamic republic, where women face arrest and even death for not wearing headscarves.

Afshar appeared to welcome Iran’s new leadership, sharing an official media statement declaring Mojtaba Khamenei Promotion to supreme leader, accompanied by a pious Persian song.

The post stated: “After a decisive vote by the Assembly of Experts, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei was appointed the third supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution…”.

In a subsequent post, Afshar showed an image that spoke out against the opposition, specifically targeting Reza Pahlavi, the eldest son of the last Shah of Iran, who lives in the United States as a dissident in exile. The political cartoon depicts a smiling Pahlavi holding American and Israeli flags as a city engulfed in flames from a missile attack behind him – images intended to portray him as colluding with foreign adversaries against Iran.

Hamid Soleimani Afshar and her daughter arrested

Afshar arrived in the United States on a tourist visa in 2015, was granted asylum in 2019, and received a green card in 2021. Secretary of State Marco Rubio revoked her green card before her arrest in Los Angeles.

She was detained by ICE and now faces deportation because authorities accuse her of spreading propaganda in support of the Iranian regime while living in the United States, according to officials.

ICE agents also arrested her 25-year-old daughter, Sarinasadat Hosseiny, and revoked her green card after entering the country on a student visa in 2015 and obtaining permanent residency in 2023.
