Highway 61, about 5 miles north of Troy, Missouri. The foreign intruder drove south in the northbound lane for about 3 miles. As I was driving north, he almost hit me and I pulled over to the left. I got in the southbound lane and followed him.”The truck has a DOT registration number of 4083603 and operates a fleet of small commercial vehicles. Federal officials are reviewing the company’s compliance history and safety record. Investigators said the truck was operated by Freight Transport LLC, a Minnesota-based company that reportedly operated from a residential address in Hopkins.
