According to deputies, he was using the weapon to attack milk crates in the area.Despite the aggressive display, officials confirmed that no injuries were reported during the incident.Towbridge was detained at the scene without further trouble and transported to a local jail. Authorities said he had a previous felony conviction, which may be relevant as the case progresses.He was charged with possession of a concealed weapon, described by deputies as a machete, and improper display of a deadly weapon.The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said the incident caused concern among residents but did not escalate into violence involving others.
