What accusations does outgoing Director of National Intelligence Gabbard have against Fauci?
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) made serious accusations against Fauci. They say he directed millions of taxpayer dollars to fund gain-of-function research in Wuhan involving bat coronaviruses. A laboratory outbreak there would lead to the spread of the coronavirus.
