But there is no evidence to prove the authenticity of the Facebook post. The 28-year-old anchor was detained on Wednesday after a fight outside the courthouse turned into gunfire, authorities confirmed. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said both men involved suffered gunshot wounds and were taken to hospitals in Clarksville and Nashville.Meanwhile, social media users began sharing screenshots posted by X user @QuickGetTheSig. The photo claims Iserley wrote on Facebook that the man he shot “found this while hanging out.” However, there is no public Facebook account associated with ChudTheBuilder, and there is no verified evidence that he made the post after his arrest.

Police said he left without paying his $371 bill after restaurant staff asked him to stop live streaming from the restaurant. He also shared a now-deleted warning on May 7 that read: “Series finale with dead chimps on the sidewalk and you monkeys rioting while I walk free. stay tuned. “Later, he added that he would defend himself “with deadly force” if threatened. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of a shooting outside the courthouse around 1:20 p.m. Officials said a physical altercation between two men became violent and ended with gunfire. In a live broadcast after the shooting, Iserley claimed he acted in self-defense. He said another man punched and kicked him before the shooting.Following the investigation, authorities charged Etherly with attempted criminal murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a dangerous felony, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. “We will not tolerate this type of violence and our office will work to ensure those responsible are held accountable,” Sheriff John Folsom said in a statement. Etherly is being held at the Montgomery County Jail awaiting arraignment.
