David Wilcock went live on YouTube two days before rumors of his death broke. During the live broadcast, the 53-year-old expressed his gratitude for the mysterious death of the UFO theorist.

Speaking about the unexpected deaths of other authors, Wilcock said: “I’m so happy to be here, you know, every day I’m on this earth is a gift and a blessing, and I’m so grateful for that because, frankly, people are disappearing. Scientists are disappearing.”

“Now, they’re saying they’re going to look into it. The president himself said they’re going to look into it and see if something happened. It’s kind of scary.”

Emphasizing that he “had a rough week,” he said, “I have to say it’s kind of scary, but you know I might still show up, even at the last minute, and I’ve had a really tough week. It’s like, you know, it’s kind of like every week, but somehow we keep getting through it.”

Wilcock concluded his three-and-a-half-hour broadcast by thanking the audience and expressing his appreciation for them.

Boulder County Sheriff’s Office releases statement

The Boulder County Communications Department received a 911 call at 10:44 a.m. Monday, according to a media release from the Sheriff’s Office. As stated in the release, the call was related to an “unknown issue” near the 1400 block of Ridge Road in Holland. The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office further elaborated: “The emergency communications specialist who responded to the call suspected the caller was experiencing a mental health crisis.”

Boulder County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the residence at 11:02 a.m. They allegedly made contact with the man, who was armed. The man, believed to be David Wilcock, reportedly “used a weapon on himself” and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said: “Deputies searched the home and surrounding property and did not locate anyone else. There is no known threat to the public. Boulder County Sheriff’s Office detectives responded and are conducting a joint investigation with the Boulder County Coroner’s Office. The official cause and manner of death will be determined by the Coroner’s Office.”
