“Back to the Future” star Crispin Glover and a woman named “Jane Doe” have been sued, accusing him of manipulation and assault. Glover, through his representatives, denied the claims.

According to TMZ, a representative for Crispin Glover said, “Mr. Glover denies these baseless accusations in the strongest possible terms.”

The representative claimed… “The facts are that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe in his office. Los Angeles Residential. Mr. Glover called the Los Angeles Police Department, who arrived to investigate and arrested Jane Doe. These facts are documented in law enforcement records and in the restraining order Mr. Glover filed against Jane Doe at the time. “

The statement concluded… “Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and seek all available relief. He is confident that the judicial process will reveal this lawsuit to be a baseless fabrication.”

According to the lawsuit, the woman claims Crispin Glover convinced her to move to Los Angeles from England by promising her a new life and career in Hollywood, TMZ reported. She claimed that upon her arrival he became controlling and violent towards her.

She said they first connected on social media in 2015. Over the next few years, she claims he kept asking her to move to Los Angeles. When they finally met in Dresden, Germany, in 2023, she claimed he showed her his collection of Nazi memorabilia.

She said she stayed in touch because he told her he could help her get a job in Hollywood. She claims that in early 2024, he invited her to live in his Silver Lake home and serve as his assistant.

The woman claims he convinced her to stop paying rent in Europe and sell all her possessions before moving. When she arrived in Los Angeles, she claimed he wanted her to be his live-in girlfriend and work for him without pay.

She said she had no family or friends Los Angeles And she was completely dependent on him. She claimed he tracked her movements and tried to control where she went and who she talked to, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also focuses on an incident that occurred on March 2, 2024. She claimed she told him she was leaving home to visit a mosque. She said he warned her that if she left, she would be locked out. When she returned, she said she couldn’t get in and was told to find somewhere else to stay.

She claimed her belongings and cat were still inside. When she tried to go back to pick them up, she claims he attacked her, grabbing her by the neck and putting her in a headlock, leaving visible cuts and scars. She also claims Glover called the police and falsely claimed she was a trespasser.

The woman claims he later filed a restraining order against her and the legal issues damaged her career and reputation. She claimed he had been contacting her and trying to initiate a sexual relationship. She said she is now homeless and affected by what she describes as a traumatic experience.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that police went to Glover’s Silver Lake home on March 2, 2024, after receiving a report of an assault. However, no one was arrested. According to these sources, Glover told police that a man and a woman attacked him.

The woman is now represented by attorney Dev Das of Geragos & Geragos Law Firm.
