What Alorah Ziva has to say about collarbones

According to Ziva, she met Clavical in 2025 when she was underage and he paid her $1,000 to film a video together. Ziva, now 18, claims Collarbone told her he wanted her to be the voice of women in the “looksmaxxing” community.

She claimed she was then “escorted” by Collarbone to a bedroom and set up a computer to live stream. The female influencer further claimed she was “drunk and visibly intoxicated” when Collarbone offered her “multiple servings of vodka” in the bedroom. Collarbone then had sex with Ziva, according to the indictment. The influencer also claimed Collarbone also had sex with her the next morning while she was still sleeping. She claimed she “woke up” to find him “penetrating her again and having sex with her without her consent”.

After this encounter, Ziva claimed that the two did not speak for several months until they met again in November 2025. During this time, Collarbone allegedly injected Ziva’s face with Auqalyx, an injectable treatment designed to dissolve fat deposits, into Ziva’s face during a live broadcast, the complaint states. It’s worth noting that this has not yet been approved by the FDA. Ziva claims he allegedly injected the drug into her face and live-streamed himself during the process, which he did without her permission.

The complaint further reads, “In the video, Peters claimed or suggested that methamphetamine was added to the injection mixture. After the first injection, the plaintiff appeared drugged on camera. The plaintiff believed she may have been injected with methamphetamine or another undisclosed substance,” People reported.

Clavical is also being sued for unauthorized publication of Ziva’s name and likeness, with the latter seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

During the controversy, Collarbone made a post about how girls were “trying to use him to make money.”

What did the clavicle say?

Collarbone was not named in the post, but complained that girls were always “trying to get money from him.” “While I was in the hospital on life support, a girl begged Mitchell for my American Express credit card (which he refused),” he wrote. While Collarbone didn’t specify the time, he was likely referring to a recent alleged overdose case, when he stopped mid-stream.

“For a young man trying to survive in a complex society, the consistent theme of girls trying to take advantage of me to make money is cruel. Hopefully I can find a good girl who doesn’t intend to trick me and take my money,” the “looksmaxxing” influencer added.

What does the lawyer say?

“The allegations in the indictment speak for themselves. We look forward to hearing from Mr. Peters’ attorneys,” Ziva’s attorney told the publication.

Meanwhile, Collarbone’s attorney said, “We are aware of the recent complaints filed against Mr. Peters. These are merely allegations and have not been substantiated. Mr. Peters denies these claims and disputes the version of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will have no further comment at this time.”
