Still hoping for career help, she agreed to meet with him for a live broadcast. On the way, she claimed Collarbone and his friends were taking drugs, but she refused. During the live broadcast, she said Collarbone injected a substance called Aqualyx into her face to reduce fat without her proper permission. She also claimed she believed he had medical training, but she now says that’s not true. She further claimed he suggested the injection might contain methamphetamine.Mendoza said she continued to see him because she believed he would still help her career. However, she now claims he later tried to damage her reputation, causing her to lose sponsorship. She sued for more than $50,000, claiming her name and image were used without permission.Collarbone’s attorney responded that these were just accusations and not proven facts.
