Bowling Green State University also issued a warning. “AlertBG Emergency: A tornado warning has been issued for Wood County until TIME. Seek shelter within the lowest level of a sturdy structure, away from windows,” they wrote.
One person added that Rudolph’s alarm went off, while another said they heard the alarm in Fostoria. Another person said Palmer and Main also sounded the alarm.
Many people are also concerned about tornado warnings. “My daughter was there cheering for open gym and texted me that they just did a tornado drill! Glad she didn’t know it was a warning!” one person wrote under the Bowling Green State University post. Another added: “My daughter was in class and a bunch of kids came into her classroom. She said everyone looked panicked.”
