CHENNAI: The BJP will not be involved in any efforts to form a government in Tamil Nadu after the assembly election results, state president Nainal Nagantran said on Friday. He said in a statement that the party contested the elections with the aim of serving the welfare and progress of the people of Tamil Nadu but had accepted the verdict of the voters. “We feel that the people have not given any chance or mandate to the BJP to form the government in Tamil Nadu in this election,” Nagentran said.“We also want to inform the people that we will not vote for any party involved in forming the government,” he said.
