The 34-year-old artist known for “Open It Up” was taken to the hospital following a shooting in the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday night.
His representative told Page Six that he is in stable condition and is being carefully monitored.

Offset’s conflict with Lil Tjay (real name is Tione Jayden Merritt) allegedly began in early 2025, when Merritt publicly labeled Offset “broke” and suggested he was battling a gambling addiction.
Lil Tjay claims he lent him $10,000 at a casino after witnessing the Bad and Boujee artist “freak out” and solicit money from random individuals through Cash App.
He accused Offset of not repaying the loan and reportedly told Tjay to “pay with blood.”
In March 2025, Offset invited Lil Tjay for a one-on-one match that was broadcast live, but the match never happened and the controversy intensified.
