The visa-free arrangement is for one year, starting on February 15, 2026, and ending on February 15, 2027, allowing short-term stays under certain conditions.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Republic of Azerbaijan has decided to exempt citizens of the Sultanate of Oman from entry visa requirements for a specified period.From February 15, 2026 to February 15, 2027, Omani citizens can enter Azerbaijan without obtaining a visa in advance.According to the exemption clause:

  • Visitors can stay up to 30 days per visit
  • The arrangement allows for up to 3 visits within a year
