‘Assassination threat’: Laura Loomer sounds alert over Iran Lego video, seeks FBI response after Lindsey Graham death
The sudden death of Sen. Lindsey Graham has sparked new controversy online after conservative activist Laura Loomer shared a Lego-style video from an Iranian account that appeared to celebrate the death of South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham and mentioned her by name. Graham died on July 11 at the age of 71 after suffering cardiac arrest after returning from a trip to Ukraine.
U.S. authorities have not shown any evidence of foul play and existing reports suggest it was natural causes. Still, the video drew attention after Loomer claimed it contained messages targeting her and urged federal authorities to take the matter seriously.
Laura Loomer claims Iranian Lego video mentioned her
In X’s post, Loomer shared a video posted by an account called “Lego Resistance Front” that claimed Graham had been assassinated. The animation shows a hooded figure entering a mansion at night before a Graham-like LEGO character collapses. A list then appears with “Lindsey” tagged, followed by “Laura”.
Loomer wrote in response to the video:
“Breaking News: An account from the Iranian regime is now claiming Iran assassinated Senator Lindsey Graham! They just posted a state-sponsored IRGC Lego promotional video that shows an Iranian hiding outside the senator’s home late at night, then breaking in and going into cardiac arrest. The video ends with the senator dying in an ambulance and someone crossing the name “Lindsay” off a list. The list says “Laura” is next.
This is a direct reference to me. “
Loomer also claimed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps had recently called for the assassination of former President Donald Trump, Graham and herself. She added: “@FBIDirectorKash FBI Security should be provided to those whom the Iranian regime is now committed to assassinating. “

Laura Loomer calls on FBI to respond
Less than an hour later, Loomer shared another post after the same video was amplified by Russian state media RT. Questioning why the outlet was promoting it, she wrote:
“Why is Russian state media collaborating with the IRGC in all their propaganda? The State Department and Department of Homeland Security need to take these assassination threats against American citizens seriously. The IRGC is calling for my death. And Russia is amplifying this threat.”
