A fire broke out at Jordan Lobster Farm, a popular seafood restaurant and market in Island Park, New York, on Saturday night.
Initial reports indicate firefighters encountered flames on both floors of the two-story building and called for mutual aid as crews worked to contain the blaze.
Acting on the alert, firefighters were dispatched to 1 Pettit Place just after 7 p.m. local time. Rescue crews reported a fire inside the restaurant, leading officials to escalate the incident to a second alarm.
