“The Dasher app is now down and we are unable to receive any orders. I just completed an order and they didn’t even pay me for it,” one user wrote.

One Dasher driver wrote: “DoorDash as the dasher app is down, please consider reimbursing our dashers for the lost revenue due to this issue; especially if it lasts an hour or more.”

“DoorDash you guys are full of bullshit,” one said. “I placed an order 40 minutes ago, called the restaurant and my order has been ready for 25 minutes. You drivers can’t read and don’t knock on the door when asking before putting your food on the floor, but don’t punish the driver for not doing their job. Bullshit!!!”

“DoorDash I know your app is down but I was able to stop my dash somehow but now the $17 from the order I made before it crashed has magically disappeared! Please give it back to me,” one said.
