A tornado was confirmed north of Archer City in Archer County. Texas Saturday afternoon. Storm chasers share photos and videos of funneling tornado in severe condition weather The National Weather Service (NWS) issued tornado warnings for several counties in North Texas.

A tornado warning has been issued for Archer and Clay counties in Texas until 7:30 p.m. CDT Saturday, with the possibility of thunderstorms and hail up to two inches.
Authorities warned residents in affected areas to take precautions in the aftermath of the storm and that while population exposure was limited, severe weather conditions could pose dangers.
More North Texas counties under warning
Other North Texas counties such as dallasCollin, Denton, Grayson and Tarrant are under a potential tornado warning until 11:00 p.m. The Dallas-Fort Worth area is on alert due to severe weather.
“A tornado warning is now in effect for much of North Texas until 11pm tonight,” the NWS update said. “Any storm has the potential to produce hail larger than a softball, several strong tornadoes and damaging winds. Make sure you have multiple ways to receive warnings!”
