Cooper publicly accused Earle of what she called “passive-aggressive retweets and likes,” Page Six reported, fueling speculation about tensions between the two.

“Speak for yourself,” Cooper said in the video, adding that she was “really tired of” what she called “fake drama.” She also insisted there was “no confidentiality agreement” preventing Earl from speaking publicly, saying, “I know what happened and you know it, so go ahead and say it.”

Still, Cooper admitted that the back-and-forth online felt like “awkward” and a “waste of time,” but described her response as “long overdue.”

The retweet reignited tensions, prompting Cooper to respond directly after she hinted at months of indirect attacks.

Earle has yet to respond in detail so far, but she reportedly commented “Okay!!” on Cooper’s video, suggesting she might address the issue.

business impact

The roots of the feud can be traced to a career split.

According to Rolling Stone, Earle joined Cooper’s Unwell Network in 2023 to launch her podcast Hot Mess. However, the partnership ended in early 2025, with Earl exiting the company about two years later.

Neither party has publicly disclosed the reasons.

Earle later described the situation as “a little chaotic behind the scenes,” while Cooper insisted Earle’s podcast hiatus had “nothing to do with physical discomfort.”
