Ayodhya (UP): Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust said after hoisting the flag on the main tower of the Ram temple and other major temples in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex, preparations for similar rituals have begun in the remaining six sub-temples.After a meeting on Saturday, trust general secretary Champat Rai said the temples where the flag hoisting ceremony will be held are dedicated to Surya, Bhagwati, Shivling, Ganpati, Sheshavatar and Hanuman.Rai said that the flag hoisting ceremony at the Hanuman temple will be held on Hanuman’s birth anniversary on April 2 this year.He added that the rituals at the other five sub-temples will be carried out in phases over the eight days of March 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 and 31.He emphasized that these events will not involve large public gatherings and will only be attended by a small number of people. Each ceremony will have about 50 seers and nearly 200 attendees, including engineers and workers involved in the project.The trust also noted that the Prime Minister hoisted the flag at the top of the main tower for the first time on November 25, 2025 Narendra Modi.
