“Waibhav has set such a high benchmark for himself that even 50 or 60 doesn’t feel like it means anything anymore. If you look closely, he scored 72 against Bangladesh, which was a match-winning performance. Against Afghanistan in the semi-final, he scored 68 in the first 10 overs, setting the tone for India’s chase of 300-plus runs.“What is missing is a good performance.
