'365 days changed Delhi': CM Rekha Gupta releases report card of the year
In his speech, the Prime Minister said, “These 365 days are the days that change the course of Delhi. The next 4 years will change the situation in Delhi. Taking new decisions in the interest of the people of Delhi and carrying out development work in Delhi is our daily work. At the end of the year, I congratulate the people of Delhi.”

New Delhi: chief minister of delhi Rekha Gupta on Wednesday released the government’s one-year report card, highlighting the achievements of various departments as the BJP-led government completed its first year in power. In his speech, the Prime Minister said, “These 365 days are the days that change the course of Delhi. The next 4 years will change the situation in Delhi. Taking new decisions in the interest of the people of Delhi and carrying out development work in Delhi is our daily work. At the end of the year, I congratulate the people of Delhi.”Elaborating on the government’s performance, Rekha Gupta said: “Today’s report card reflects the fact that we have worked hard and transformed over the past year. This government is not a government of promises, but a government of results. This government is not a government that relies on announcements, but a government that relies on actions. “She added: “In a year’s time, we tried to take Delhi from stagnation to progress. We tried to move from excuses to solutions, from advertising to development. Every step we took, the government focused on less paperwork and more work. I can say that the Delhi government today does not engage in poster politics, does not engage in Twitter politics. We have changed the work culture in Delhi. We provide solutions and do not create noise like the previous governments did.”“The Chief Minister further asserted, “Today, as we complete a year, I can confidently say to the people of Delhi that we are working in every sector to bring positive change in Delhi.”Talking about the education sector, Rekha Gupta said, “The previous government talked a lot about education, but the public knew the reality. They spent more money on propaganda than on infrastructure. Today, the government took a bold step by passing the Delhi School Education (Fixation of Fees and Transparency in Regulation) Bill, 2025, which charts the way on how we can stop education from becoming a business. We want every school to have smart classrooms and digital libraries.”“
