Meanwhile, another victim, a 23-year-old man, is said to be in stable condition, while another victim, a 56-year-old woman, is said to be in serious condition.

Another man, Andrew, told reporters he worked next to Isiah and didn’t “really hear” the gunfire. He said he heard a “pop” but didn’t think much of it. “I saw families and children running out of the exhibition,” the person also said. “Someone said it was a shooter, so I jumped over the fence and ran,” Andrew further added.
Video from the scene showed that a large number of police officers were still stationed at the scene, but some areas had been sealed off with tape. People were also seen walking around.
KOMO News quoted a witness as saying there were reports that a gunman was still on the run, but authorities had not confirmed this.
