Our compute team has worked relentlessly to bring capacity online quickly and reliably, along with the deep systems across compute, network, and storage, as well as the ML work required to train cutting-edge models like GPT-5.6. As we scale, the problems will only get harder, requiring pushing the frontier and innovating at every layer of the stack (literally).”“Our mission is to build the world’s largest computing footprint so that cutting-edge artificial intelligence can reach everyone and every workflow. We have a very exciting computing ramp and roadmap coming soon. Uday Ruddaraju’s career made headlines because he did his bachelor’s degree in India and not from an Indian Institute of Technology or an Indian Institute of Technology. He studied Computer Science at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. While still in college, he landed an internship at Amazon Web Services. He then moved to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in computer science at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.He worked at eBay from 2013 to 2018, then joined Robinhood and then xAI.
